Polar Static

Polar
Static

Living digital art to slow down with. Smoke, liquid, particles and light that drift on their own, hear the music and answer your touch.

Coming soon to the App Store

Calm, with an inner life.

Every scene is worth watching in silence. Sound and touch add a layer; they never take over.

Ambient
The scene evolves by itself, slowly enough to rest your eyes on. Leave it running on the TV or a spare iPad — no music needed.
Reactive
Sound changes the form, light and motion of the matter. Listen to the room through the microphone, or to music playing on the same iPhone.
Touch
Run a finger through the matter and feel it answer under your hand. Something quiet to do with restless fingers; every trace slowly settles.

Four families of matter.

Rendered live on your device with Metal. One scene from every family is free.
